Sensei Creati

This is a program based on coaching and mentoring fundamentals designed to support the professional and personal growth of our team members.

This program is focused on promoting collaborative learning, reflection, and the exchange of knowledge and experiences. All of the Scioneers have the opportunity to grow guided and supported by another partner, we call them: Sensei.

Our Scioneers who decide to participate as Sensei, not only share their knowledge and expertise with their apprentices, our Creati, but also the necessary tools to help them develop technical and soft skills; all while generating closeness and strengthening their relationship as members of Scio. By participating in this program, we not only boost our career path but also promote faster integration into Scio’s culture.

Scio Leadership Program

At Scio, we believe that leadership is a skill that everyone can foster, regardless of their position. Our Scio Leadership Program is a series of different courses designed to develop and improve skills and knowledge that are essential in communication, processes, and habits within teams. The trainings are interactive, which allows participants to put the skills they acquire into practice.

This initiative is part of Scio’s ongoing efforts to enrich internal professional development, thus contributing to the strengthening of High Performance Teams. This approach reflects our commitment to the personal and professional growth of all Scioneers, as well as to the collective success of our company.

This program is offered every six months and is open to all Scio.

Team Coaching Program

For complex activities such as software development, success not only depends on technical skills but also on the agility of your team. At Scio, we understand that knowing the workings of Scrum is not the same as being a Scrum team. This is why we have a Team Coaching Program to help our teams become truly agile and perform at the highest levels.

Our Team Coaches facilitate important conversations where teams dig beyond the surface and access the intelligence of the team system. Effective communication, ownership, accountability, courage, commitment, focus and conflict resolution are some of the areas coaches help teams with. The results of this collaboration between teams and coaches are evident in the teams at Scio which always rate high in strong relationships among members, psychological safety, learning, structure and clarity and dependability.

Wellness & Social Impact

The Scio Active Challenge is an initiative with the main objective of promoting physical activity among all Scioneers.

This challenge has a 12-week duration, and the idea is to accumulate hours of physical activity. We can participate with the activity of our preference, whether just walking, running, swimming, practicing yoga, or any other form of exercise; all activities are welcome, as we aim to motivate Scioneers to adopt healthy habits. We also believe that this initiative not only helps us promote physical activity and show care for our Scioneers’ health, but also fosters integration and strengthens our culture.

Our Team Coaches facilitate important conversations where teams dig beyond the surface and access the intelligence of the team system. Effective communication, ownership, accountability, courage, commitment, focus and conflict resolution are some of the areas coaches help teams with.
